• The camps are suitable for beginners and intermediates who want to refresh their knowledge or want to continue learning on the longboard. Our lessons are very practice-oriented and usually take place from the beach or surfboard. The whole thing is supported by our rescue concept, which also includes a motorboat if a student can no longer cope on their own, which offers our students maximum safety. One teacher teaches up to 6 students. 2 students in the buddy system is also possible if the conditions are a little rougher (i.e. the two students take turns on a sail/board), but this is not the rule. The small group allows the teacher to support each student individually in the group and to make rapid progress. Theory takes place on land. You can receive your VDWS windsurfing license at the end of the camp after a short theoretical test.
• Practice content: Sheet start, steering, 180 degree turn, self-rescue, windsurfing on different courses, turning, maintaining altitude and cruising against the wind.

• Theory content: material science, wind & weather, general safety on the water and when windsurfing, evasion rules.

  Course design: on the first day a short, approximately 30-minute theoretical introduction to the lesson with practical exercises, material preparation, changing, practical and water time, supplying material on land, group and individual feedback. Further theory is sensibly integrated into the practical units.

• The camps are suitable for beginners and intermediates who want to refresh their knowledge. Our lessons are very practice-oriented and usually take place on the boat. A teacher is on the boat on the first days and when new techniques are introduced. So that you can quickly become independent, the teacher will teach you from the motorboat. 2-4 students per boat can learn at the same time and work together as a team. The small group allows the teacher to support each student individually in the group and to make rapid progress. Theory takes place on land and on the boat. You can receive your VDWS sailing license at the end of the camp after a short theoretical test.

  Practical content: Steering, docking and casting off, tacking, sailing on different courses, jibe, maintaining altitude and tacking against the wind, MOB (man over board maneuver).

  Theory content: material science, wind & weather, general safety on the water and when sailing, avoidance rules.

  Course design: sailing, sailing, sailing is the motto. Material and boat preparation, practice and water time, taking care of the boats at the buoy, group and individual feedback. The theory is sensibly integrated into the practical units.

• The camps are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Our lessons are very practice-oriented and take place mainly from the boat, which offers our students maximum safety and usually gets you on the foil board quickly. One teacher teaches up to 4 students / 2 students in the buddy system (i.e. the two students take turns on a wing/board). The boat training allows each student to be supported individually in a group and is therefore one of the most effective teaching methods that we have perfected in kitesurfing over 15 years and can now be optimally transferred to wing foiling. Beginners first start on a stable surfboard. As soon as the wing control and turning work, you can switch to the foil board. All students are supervised and trained in the water and on the boat. In our VDWS Wing, teachers will find their professionals who will take you directly to your goal. The theory to practice takes place on land and on the boat and enables you to receive your VDWS Wing license at the end of the camp.

  Practical content: Wing control, 180 degree turns, self rescue, winging on different courses, turning, gybing, maintaining altitude and driving altitude against the wind, building up speed, taking off with the foil with wing support and board support, constant flying with the foilboard.

  Theory content: material science, safety, wind & weather, general safety on the water and when winging, evasion rules.

  Course design: short, approx. 30-minute theoretical introduction to the lesson with practical exercises, material preparation, changing and starting on the beach or driving to the spot (between 10-15 minutes), practical and water time, packing wings after the session and return journey ( between 10-20 minutes), providing wings on land, group and individual feedback.
